General

Working with us

How do we get started?

Share your requirement through the contact form or call us. We'll understand your needs, confirm the scope and share an engagement letter before work begins.

Which documents do you need for income tax filing?

Typically PAN, Aadhaar, Form 16 / income details, bank statements, investment proofs and details of capital gains or other income. We share a checklist specific to you.

Do you work with clients outside Pune?

Yes. Most work can be handled securely online, with meetings over video call.

How are fees decided?

Fees depend on the scope and complexity of the work and are agreed in writing in the engagement letter before we begin.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is a professional obligation for Chartered Accountants, and we follow strict internal controls for data access and sharing.

Services

By service

When should we appoint an auditor?

Companies must appoint their first auditor within 30 days of incorporation. For tax audits, engagement should begin well before the due date so books can be reviewed calmly.

We received a tax notice — what should we do?

Don't ignore it and don't reply in a hurry. Share the notice with us; we'll check the reason, gather supporting documents and prepare a response within the time allowed.

Can you take over compliance mid-year?

Yes. We start with a quick review of past filings, fix anything pending and then take over the calendar from there.

What is a virtual CFO?

A part-time finance lead who owns reporting, cash flow, budgeting and investor/lender communication — without the cost of a full-time CFO.

Company or LLP — which is right for us?

If you plan to raise equity funding, a private limited company is usually the better fit. LLPs suit professional firms and bootstrapped businesses. We'll walk you through the trade-offs.

Do we have to change our accounting software?

No. We work on the software you already use, and can suggest a switch only if it clearly helps.
